Bimini Sands Condo Rules & Regulations

• Place all garbage in the cans provided in front of the buildings.

• Please conserve water!!! Do not let faucets run unnecessarily. Water is very expensive and in short supply. If you hear a toilet running after it is refilled, let MANGAGEMENT know immediately and we will correct the problem.

• You may drink the water from the tap since all the water on our property is provided from our Reverse Osmosis Plant, which is located on the West side of the water pump house.

• No articles of clothing or towels may be draped over the balcony railings or furniture for drying. All units are equipped with washers and dryers.

• Our property extends to the South up to the location of the Tiki Hut. Feel free to use our beautiful beach. Garbage drums are provided to collect any trash.

• Swim at your own risk! No lifeguards are on duty. While no incidents have occurred with fish attacking swimmers, large sharks and barracuda abound in these waters.

• Since you are renting an apartment in the Condominium Association, you must comply with the occupancy limits per apartment. The total number of people allowed in each unit is as follows:

1 Bedroom – no loft – 4 adults and 2 children
1 Bedroom – with loft – 6 adults
2 Bedroom – 6 adults and 2 children
